  • FLOW

    Invite new energy into your body. The flow class is dynamic movement using traditional yoga postures the transition with your breath. Flow offers sun salutations, standing and seated postures as well as heart opening and pranayama. You will experience a combination of self created heat, a focused and clear mind and the freedom of a moving body. All students are welcome at this class. Basics classes are on the timetable if you have never done yoga before, have an injury, are pregnant or need a slower pace.

  • Pause

    Give yourself permission to PAUSE. This class offers students who are needing a slower pace the space to pause. The space to recognise the transitional time you are experiencing. To feel fully into the areas of the mind and body that are holding on tight and exhale. This class is slow with a combination of standing, seated and heart opening postures. It incoporates movement, breath and meditation. It is beneficial for students who are experiencing challenges such as menopause, anxiety, loss, stress, anger.

  • Yin

    Come home to your body and rest. Slow down the pace and retreat to a place where your mind body can let go of the tension created in everyday life. Yin is a slow restorative practice mostly seated and laying down sequence of postures to help untangle hip, shoulder, back, chest and leg tension. Yin yoga is a gentle practice which reasures the body it has permission to let go in a safe and comfortable environment.
